About David McQuillen
David doesn't work for McQuillen Interactive, but since he's my brother and he does great work, you should know more about him.
Dave was the former head of Customer Experience at Zurich-based Credit Suisse, where he had a crack team of usability experts reforming Credit Suisse into a usable bank. He's now on to the next big project...more on that soon.
